Observing Emotions

Emotions are the low-level responses occurring within areas of the brain and mental form, in response to stimuli and thoughts. Often short-lived, your emotions are subjectively blended with personal experience, beliefs and memories to create your feelings. Your memories and feelings provide the storehouse of pre-programmed reactions. Take the opportunity to observe your emotional reactions in life, so that you may choose to respond differently.

Destination Dependency

Be mindful of the destination dependency; where it becomes a fixation with the notion that happiness is elsewhere. That happiness can be magically found at your next destination, at your next job or even with a different companion. Until you surrender the concept that happiness is in another place, it is going to never be where you are.

Rise Above Darkness

Thoughts, emotions and feelings of a destructive or negative quality leach harmful aspects into every cell of your body. This brings about overloads and blockages which can cause illness and imbalance. Pause to transform your thinking, in order to rise above the darkness of such damaging thoughts or ideas. Then you may generate a newfound sense of wellbeing.

Your conscious mind absorbs and stores information and reacts to that information, whether it is right, wrong or indifferent.

True Kindness is much greater than an expression or a word, it is manifest via your behaviours & actions on a daily basis. Kindness with compassion can aid in bringing back the balance in your life. An Expression of your Mind

Your life is an expression of your mind as your thoughts and ideas have cause and effect. For each thought or action, there is a reaction or impact. This is very comparable to the observations made by Newton when he penned his third law of motion. Realise that your thoughts and reactions all have consequences, there is always an effect even if you are not aware of it. Conduct your Mind

We are often caught up in a cycle of thought and reactions, being stuck in the pre-programmed patterns of our passive intellect. Learn to conduct your mind, so that you can change your mental wavelengths to stay calm, balanced and in control. There is immense value in learning to conduct your mind in this manner, rather than your thoughts, feelings and emotions being the master of your life.

Listening Within

If you pause for a minute to listen within, you are likely to discover that most of the thoughts floating through your mind have not registered within your consciousness. Often people will discover that they are reacting to these unconscious thoughts without realising it. Take the opportunity to identify any critical, malicious or negative thoughts or ideas before they take hold within your awareness.
