Higher Frequency Emotions

In and of itself, emotions themselves are neutral, being formed of energy. The coarser, or what some would term negative emotions resonate at lower frequencies. What you think of as emotion is actually the experience of energy moving through your physical body. We experience emotion as energy frequencies and their correlating physical sensations in the body. Feelings are the interpretation and labels we apply to the experience of emotion, such as happy or sad. Take the time to shift the frequency of your emotions to a higher energy frequency, bringing more positivity into your life.

Walking has been put to use as an avenue for spiritual advancement for countless years. The straightforward act of going for walk, allows you to have a change of surroundings, frequently allowing you to be more aware or take a different perspective.

As you walk, make an effort to be more aware of the sensations within your body, such as the motion of your arms or feet in addition to your breathing. You can likewise be more mindful of the world around you, listening to the noises which constantly float into your ears, the scents which will your nose and the temperature of the air on your face. I am Enough

Every one of your thoughts arises within your mind. Some may flow out into the world in the words you use or speak. When you speak uncaringly, it can harm you even more than it hurts others since your unkind thoughts are the most intense inside you.
